Dad Bod Triathlon Club
Built for dads balancing family, work, training, and real life.
Local runs, rides, swims, community events, year-round merch, and limited seasonal drops.
Our Story
What started as a conversation between a father and son about signing up for a triathlon
eventually became Dad Bod Triathlon Club.
Built from fatherhood, challenge, and community.
The Mission
DBTC is a community for dads, parents, beginners, former athletes, and everyday grinders who are trying to get better without pretending life is easy.
We train hard. We show up tired. We build genuine connections through runs, rides, swims, race weekends, and the chaos of real life.
Start or join local DBTC groups for runs, bikes, swims, and community meetups.
Start a Crew →Community momentum now. Structured training programs, race prep, and local chapters coming in 2026.

Community Partners
DBTC is proud to support local businesses that believe in community and bringing people together.
Early mornings, long miles, and strong coffee. Kick starting DBTC community before the work gets done.
Because some of the best conversations happen after the workout. Post-run beers, stories, and the go to for the DBTC community.
Supporting local dads, clean cuts, and helping the DBTC crew look alive for race weekends and early morning miles.
